Pan-Am Tech will be the leading supplier of Environmental and Manufacturing Test Equipment to the High Tech Manufacturing markets in Costa Rica, by providing exceptional service and value to the manufacturers and customers that we serve, while simultaneously endeavoring to build lasting and profitable relationships with our suppliers and clients.

Meet the Team

  • BS, MBA, OPM

    Patrick has over 40 years of industry experience, including 30 years as President and CEO of a Manufacturer’s Representative firm, CentraMark Technical Sales Associates, based in Dallas Texas. Over the course of his career with Centramark, Patrick started as a salesman and eventually acquired the firm from the previous generation of ownership. During his tenure as President / CEO, the company was re-branded as CentraMark Technical Sales Associates and grew nearly 10 fold in sales, from $14M to $130M. CentraMark was engaged in selling components and subsystems, as well as environmental and manufacturing test equipment.

    Patrick’s education includes BSE and MBA degrees; Patrick is also a graduate of Harvard Graduate Business School’s OPM program. Patrick has been traveling to, and doing business in, Costa Rica for many years, and previously represented Costa Rican manufacturers in the Aerospace industry seeking to develop more business in the USA. Patrick maintains relationships with many contacts within the Costa Rica manufacturing community, specifically within the Costa Rica Aerospace Cluster. Patrick is currently in the process of establishing residency in Costa Rica and, though far from fluent, "gets by" in general conversations in Spanish.

  • Sales and Customer Service Specialist

    Paola is a Costa Rican National with 15+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.

    Paola has been involved with Fundecise, an Aerospace Research Foundation, for more than 10 years.

    Paola is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

  • Installation and Service Technician

    Yeison is a Costa Rican National specializing as a technician of Computer Hardware and Software. With over 15 years of technical experience working with computers, digital phones, audio systems, and control circuitry for systems applications, Yeison is adept at repairing and maintaining a vast array of products including phones, computers, audio systems, control systems, various types of pumps, refrigeration systems and assorted electro-mechanical equipment.

    Yeison is an independent contractor working closely with Pan-Am Tech to provide installation and maintenance services on an “as needed” basis.
