Pan-Am Tech provides sales services from start to finish, and for the life of the product. We are in a “start-up” stage but already have a large database with potential clients in the Costa Rica Aerospace Cluster, the Medical Devices Cluster and the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Base. We have the technical background and knowledge to guide a potential client to the best product to fit the customer’s requirements, to prepare professional presentations and all pre-sales activities, as well as to generate proposals, execute customer orders, coordinate with our manufacturers to ensure the right product, and support both the manufacturer and the customer through the entire process.

Pan-Am Tech provides complete installation, maintenance and repair services, including In Warranty and Out of Warranty Repair, and supports our manufacturers and customers with capable and knowledgeable maintenance technicians.

Pan-Am Tech partners with GJ Cargo to provide door-to-door shipping services, including all Customs and Imports services, to ensure our manufacturer’s products are delivered on-time and in the same condition as when the product left the factory.
